Definitions used in these rules:​

Forum - an information resource, the basic criterion of which is the formation of content by users of the forum according to the principle of «user generated content», the main purpose of which is:

• ensuring user interaction;
• providing users with the ability to post information;
• exchange of information between users;

Terms related to persons participating in the forum:

• users - individuals registered in the game. Registration in the game means the provision of data about the user to the extent required by the game administration during registration or during the use of the game by the user. The user may cease to be such in case of voluntary deletion of the account or in case of permanent blocking of the user's account in the game, including in case of failure to provide the data requested by the administration and violation of these rules.
• moderators - game users who voluntarily help the project. They control one or a group of sections. Their duties include monitoring the implementation of the terms and conditions of these rules by users, as well as taking measures to eliminate violations. The moderator is not an employee of the company.
• administration - employees "IP Kuznetsov A.A." and persons authorized by them (hereinafter referred to as the administration) providing the functioning of the forum, endowed with the right to operate the forum. In order to comply with the law, as well as the interests of users, the right to publish official information affecting such interests belongs only to the administration, and the text of such a message in the heading is accompanied by the inscription "officially."
• the hallmark of the administration is the status bar - administrator.

Terms used in these rules and in the forum:​

I) regarding user identification:
• avatar - graphic image used to personalize the user, displayed under the nickname.
• nickname - A nickname that identifies the user on the forum. Selected at registration.
• status bar - graphic image located under the avatar, used to highlight the user. it is created and assigned only by the administration of the forum for certain services of the user, or as belonging to a specific group of users.
• login - account name.

II) regarding the terms used on the forum:
• topic - topic on the game forum.
• post - post in a topic.

III) regarding prohibited activities and punishments:
• alt – account, a clone account created by the user again.
• ban - complete removal from the forum. usually applied to spammers, clone accounts or members who repeatedly and / or systematically violate these rules of the game forum.
• read only - partial blocking on the forum, expressed in maintaining only the ability to read the forum and work with private messages. Topic Appearance - a message designed to raise the topic up in the list.
• off-topic - A message that is not relevant to the topic / subject of discussion.
• flood - insignificant or non-constructive, according to the administration or moderators, a post, or the same message, massively distributed on the forum, not meaningful or intended only to increase the number of posts.
• flame - clarification of relations, provocation, insult, discrimination on any basis and any other expressions and actions aimed at a response in the form of aggression.
• warez - discussion of “cracks”, serial numbers, no-cd, hacking, etc., as well as links to unlicensed content, links to malware or third-party software.
• cross posting - placing the same message in different topics or placing the same topic in different sub-forums / sections, which leads to duplication, referring to topics.
• necroposting - sending a message to a topic that has lost its relevance (The last post in the topic is more than 3 months old and it has lost relevance).
• overquoting – posts with excessive cited material.
• spam - publication or distribution of information of a commercial, political or advertising nature to persons who have not expressed a desire to receive it, that is, to users.

General Provisions

These rules apply to all sections of the forum, as well as public messages, comments, etc. The forum may have additional rules established by the administration in sections or individual topics. Additional rules are clarifying in nature, revealing the features of moderation of this section, the creation of topics and messages. The forum is designed for comfortable communication of registered users. The forum is also open in reading mode for guests -  unregistered participants. It is allowed to contact the forum participants by the game pseudonym (nicknames) or by name,  if the participants themselves are not against such treatment. We remind you that ignorance of the rules of the forum does not relieve Users from liability for committed violations. If the User does not agree with the rules of the forum - he has the right to stop visiting the resource and turn to Administration with a request to block his account. Continued use of the resource entails automatic and full acceptance of these forum rules.

1. Forum moderation and communication with the Administration
   1. These rules regulate the activities of the forum and are subject to execution by users, moderators, administration.
   2. Changes and additions to these rules come into force from the moment of their publication.
   3. The order on the Forum is supported by the Administration of the forum in the person of administrators and moderators.
   4. The official language of communication on the forum is Russian. Nicknames in Latin are allowed. The use of other languages and / or transliteration (in the form of terms or notations) is allowed only if necessary.
   5. The forum is post-moderated, which means the following: messages posted by users on the forum are not previewed, reviewed, edited or edited in any form, but can be deleted after they are posted by the user if posted messages violate the rules of this forum, requirements current legislation, in other cases provided for by these rules.
   6. Forum Administration is not responsible for the content of messages from Users, but to the best of their ability and opportunities suppresses all violations in accordance with these Rules.
   7. By leaving messages on the forum, the user agrees that he will not use this forum for posting knowingly false and / or offensive, obscene materials, as well as information that violates the right of others forum users for privacy, or any other materials that violate applicable law.
   8. The user agrees not to post any copyrighted material without obtaining permission from the copyright holder. otherwise the administration reserves the right to remove materials that violate the copyright of the copyright holders, and apply to the account with which they are published, the relevant restrictions until the deletion of the user account.
   9. The administration has the right to delete messages, topics, links, etc. without warning, and modify these forum rules.
   10. The responsibility of users for violations is determined by the Forum Administration on the basis of these forum rules and game rules. Starting to leave messages on the forum, the User expresses his confidence in the Administration of the forum in making any decisions, related to the interpretation and observance of forum rules.
   11. As a rule, the Forum Administration enters into correspondence with the participants, if the participant’s request is drawn up correctly, however, she is not required to respond to all letters sent to her, especially if: asked questions that are answered in the rules or are obvious; the player allowed obscene (including veiled, hidden by special characters), offensive, threatening, words discriminating on any basis, abnormal vocabulary in their request;
   12. Forum participants have the right to appeal or receive explanatory comments regarding the actions of moderators only through private messages. In case of disagreement with the actions of the moderators, the user has the right to contact the game Administrators through the link письмо администратору .    13. The determination of the term of punishment is made according to the grid of violations at the end of these rules, taking into account the systematics of violation of the rules by the User and his merits before the game.
2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
   1. Rights of moderators, administrators:
      1. Moderators have the right to delete any information posted by users, at their discretion (acting on the basis of these rules);
      2. Moderators have the right, when users violate the terms and conditions of these rules, apply the following measures with respect to these users:
      • Temporary disconnection of a user from the forum service;
      • Temporarily disconnect the user from the chat service.
      3. Moderators have the right to move and delete topics or messages without notifying users of their actions or intentions, without editing messages contained in such topics;
      4. The administration has the right to supplement and change the provisions of these rules without prior notice to users;
      5. The administration is not responsible for temporary technical failures and interruptions in the forum, for temporary malfunctions and interruptions in the operation of communication lines, other similar malfunctions, as well as for computer malfunctions, from which the user accesses the Internet.
   2. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ADMINISTRATION:
      1. The administration undertakes not to disclose information about users given by them during registration in the game, or requested by the administration, to third parties, except as required by the laws of the Russian Federation and international law;
      2. Administration gives users the opportunity to use the forum free of charge and around the clock, except for the time of maintenance and other circumstances that impede access to the forum that arose not through the fault of the administration;
   3. RIGHTS OF USERS:
      1. The user has the right to use the forum solely for personal non-commercial purposes in accordance with these rules;
   4. RESPONSIBILITY OF USERS REGARDING CORRECT BEHAVIOR:
      1. The user must respectfully and correctly treat other users, moderators, administrators, acting without violating the interests of third parties, namely:
         • Do not use the flame for any purpose, including directed use to cause confrontation by another user.
         • not to use phrases, expressions and images, references to those that can humiliate and offend feelings and dignity;
         • It is forbidden to discuss the personal qualities of the interlocutor.
         • Do not use profanity in any of its manifestations (including in graphic or veiled form);
         • Do not threaten violence or physical harm;
         • not to disseminate in any way materials promoting or expressing rejection or hatred of any religion, culture, race, nation, people, country / state / territory with an undefined status, language, politics, ideology or social movement, including those indicating discrimination;
         • do not post obscene messages, including pornographic or erotic content, drug prescriptions (other information about drugs), scenes of excessive violence and similar things, propaganda of suicide and methods of its implementation, as well as links to resources containing similar information;
         • not disseminate information aimed at the promotion of crimes and administrative offenses, violence and cruelty;
         • Do not place ads on the purchase or sale of the account in any form;
         • Do not make unreasonable, false accusations against other users, as well as towards the administration and moderators;
         • Do not try to impersonate an employee and not post information from an alleged company employee (administration representative, moderators, etc.), which is also misleading;
         • Do not post officially unpublished materials (including, but not limited to posting, that describe game items not yet officially published, information about which was obtained by hacking a server games or support such a discussion;
         • Do not post links to resources containing trojans, viruses, hacking programs, as well as any malicious software, and software giving the user a gaming advantage;
         • Do not post links to resources containing inaccurate information (including phishing sites);
         • not disseminate false information about the administration services, moderators, administration, and its activities;
         • not to disseminate information about third parties, any information (including personal correspondence) about any user, moderator, administration, without their written consent.
      2. The user should not clutter up the forum with non-meaningful messages and topics. These are equated to:
         • necroposting;
         • flood;
         • systematic overquoting (the situation where the ratio of the cited material to its own is more than 3:1);
         • spam;
         • cross posting;
         • discussion of sanctions imposed on the player, in particular the publication of the player’s correspondence with the moderator or the Administration;
         • offtopic.
      3. Users are prohibited from publishing (posting information in the form of messages, topics, nicknames, avatars, userbars, signatures and in the user profile) of materials of the following type:
         • trading on the forum with accounts, game items, services for improving the account or game items for real   money (both cash and electronic). advertising of such services is also prohibited;
         • advertising of any actions, organizations and sites not related to the forum and the game;
         • links to resources containing information or programs of the “hacker” and / or “malware” (software used in violation norms of international law and legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of copyright protection) content;
         • materials that directly or indirectly violate copyright and / or other rights of individuals and legal entities. As well as materials directly or indirectly   violating the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
         • any advertising information not related to the forum or service bizmania.ru . It is also forbidden to openly advertise Internet resources (website, forum, ftp, etc.) that do not have anything   in common with company resources. It is also forbidden to include in signatures (post in the profile, etc.)   Links to other resources and images that violate these rules.
         • abuse of codes (tags), colors, capital letters;
         • discussion of any vulnerabilities of the project, game exploits and the like.
      4. When creating a topic, the user must:
         • clearly formulate the subject of discussion, taking into account the topics of the section, as well as adhere to the subject of discussion of the topic when sending messages in the future;
         • make sure that the forum does not have a similar topic for discussion;
         • familiarize yourself with additional rules (if any) or a description of a separate section of the forum;
         • choose the right section of the forum with a similar thematic focus;
         • not to use cross-posting and not to create topics that are identical in subject matter. If you make a mistake and create a topic in the wrong section of the forum, do not duplicate it in another section. Contact the Forum moderator via the feedback page and explain the problem. The moderator will move your topic to the appropriate section of the forum.
      5. Users are also prohibited from:
         • to quote messages containing obvious violations of the rules of the forum;
         • Deliberately or accidentally impersonating another user, moderator, company employee, or administration;
         • to insult in any way and in any manner moderators, users, the administration, copyright holders and any third parties;
         • criticize the actions of administrators, as well as the actions of moderators, outside specialized sections.
         • register more than one account with one User, even if the User wants to continue to leave messages after blocking the main account.
         • Log in to the forum using someone else’s account, regardless of how it was received.
         We remind: the forum is open in reading mode for guests.
   5. Questions, suggestions, complaints and comments on the work of the project resources should be sent to:

3. WARRANTY EXEMPTION
   1. The user understands and agrees that:
      1. The user uses the forum at his own risk. The service is provided by the forum "as is";
      2. Responsibility for the information posted by the user lies with himself;
      3. The administration does not guarantee that:
         • the service will fully satisfy the requirements of users;
         • the service will be provided continuously, quickly and reliably;
         • The information posted by users on the forum is reliable.
4. OTHER CONDITIONS
   1. These rules are established for an indefinite period of time;
   2. In cases where the applicable legislation is the legislation of the Russian Federation, the relevant standards will apply to relations.
   3. Ignorance of the rules of the forum does not exempt users from liability for their violation.
   4. In order to comply with the requirements of the current legislation, the Forum has the right to provide authorized bodies with information about the user and his data, as well as other information required under the legislative regulation.

• -discussion of project vulnerabilities 3 days.

• -Distribution of confidential information about the user, including personal correspondence without the consent of the user 7 days.
• -Entrance to the Forum under someone else’s account, regardless of how it was received. 7 days
• -discussion of trading accounts / game values for real money - 30 days.
• -publication of advertising information - 30 days.
• -publication of materials that violate copyright / legislation of the Russian Federation - 30 days.
• -publication of information, as well as links to resources with malware - 30 days.
• -repeated and systematic violation of forum rules - 30 days.
• -advertising bots / trading accounts / game values for real money - 365 days.
• -use alt-account (clone) for the forum - permanently
• -spam / phishing - permanently.

* Given the nature of the violations and their systematic nature, sanctions and deadlines can be changed by the administration or by persons authorized by it.
