Accountability for illegal operations lies on the participant of the game, who has committed these actions, or who has provoked a situation that facilitates the performance of illegal actions by other participants, or who is an accomplice or beneficiary as a result of illegal actions, in the presence of a clear intention and provided that he had the opportunity to avoid or counteract the commission of illegal actions.
Participants guilty of illegal actions may be subject to fines, confiscation of property, blocking, exclusion (ban) from the game or other forms of penalty determined by the administration of the game. The degree of guilt, form and amount of penalty is determined by the game administration unilaterally.
The participant, accused of illegal actions or subjected to penalty, can appeal the decision of the administration, informing the administration about it, including in the form of publication of statements on the game forum. When considering the case, the participant has the right to provide his own explanations, testimonies of other participants, as well as other materials that serve as evidence of the participant's noninvolvement in the commission of illegal actions, or lack of intent in his actions, or lack of opportunities to prevent the commission of such actions. In the event of acquittal of the participant, the latter may demand compensation for moral and material damage caused by the imposition of a penalty, as well as public disclosure of the statement of innocence in order to restore the reputation of the participant.
