Game rules

Participants guilty of illegal actions may be subject to fines, confiscation of property, blocking, exclusion from the game or other forms of penalty determined by the administration of the game. The degree of guilt, form and amount of penalty is determined by the game administration unilaterally.

The Game Rules are obligatory for all players, as well as the administration of the game.
The access to the game accounts and other confidential information belonging to other players is forbidden; illegal take of control over any virtual objects of property of other owners is forbidden; wrongful (not provided by the rules and contradicting to the common sense and customs of the game) enrichment at the expense of other players or as a result of incorrect (obviously erroneous) work of the game software is forbidden.
It is forbidden to use third party technical means, software, etc., which are not provided for and not allowed by the game administration, which may cause interruptions in the operation of the software and hardware of the game or lead to other violations.
It is prohibited to use in public communication, company or character names, and other information posted by players, obscene language, offensive expressions, as well as statements of extremist and offensive to the feelings of other people and contrary to the laws of the Russian Federation and other countries, including the use of quotations containing similar language and expressions.
It is forbidden to use the means of communication of the game (such as forum, chat, etc.) to promote third-party goods and services, as well as the sale of game objects bypassing the payment mechanisms provided in the game, without the consent of the administration.
In case of violations, the administration has the right to take measures to correct such violations without warning, up to and including blocking of the accounts, deleting game objects or changing the information causing the violations. Persons guilty of violations can be exlcuded (banned) from the game by the decision of the administration.
The administration of the game is not directly responsible for losses and omissions resulting from errors in the operation of the software and hardware of the game, but expresses its desire to minimize losses from such incidents and, if possible, to compensate players for damages in reasonable amounts.
In disputed cases, the public in the form of players and public bodies created in the game may be involved to determine the degree of guilt of the parties in order to discuss the situation. The administration has the right to block (veto) the decisions of any public bodies created in the game, if it directly contradicts the commercial interests of the administration.
To meet the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and other countries, as well as to protect their commercial and other interests, the administration may take additional measures not provided for by these rules. The actions of the administration may be challenged in court.
Registering in the game means the participant's full and unconditional consent to these rules.
User has no right to create or own several accounts in one game world at the same time. However, user can have one account in several game worlds at the same time.
